Professionals
are athletes.
Train like one.

Performance coaching for people in law, finance, real estate, and the executive suite — built on the same standards used to prepare competitive athletes.

01
The Method

Three pillars.

S—01

Strength

Physical capacity you can measure. Progressive, structured training that builds a body capable of more than the job asks of it.

R—02

Resilience

The 3pm crash. The neck that's locked by Thursday. The back that gives out after a flight. Resilience is the capacity to absorb long weeks, travel, and pressure without paying for it in your body — built through breathing mechanics and positional work, not stretching and hoping.

O—03

Output

Energy that carries into the work. Training programmed around your calendar, not in spite of it.

02
Primary Practice

Corporate wellness,
built like a training program.

Most corporate wellness is a lunch-and-learn and a discount code. NDM builds structured performance programming for teams — assessment, progression, and standards — the way an athletic program develops a roster. At Western Illinois he ran five programs at once — different bodies, different demands, one standard.

The Coach

Credentialed.
Not theoretical.

Ten years in performance training — five as a Division I sports performance coach, and five as a top trainer in a luxury gym in Miami Beach. That system now serves people whose competitive arena is a boardroom, a courtroom, or a closing table.

1:1 coaching runs alongside the corporate practice — in person in Miami, online anywhere. Online is by application and holds at five active clients: full programming in the training app, a 30–45 minute video check-in every two weeks. If you want a standard, not a workout — apply.
